The Head and The Heart Daily: Farewell to Jake Johnson, and Chuck

Jacob Daniel Johnson (Jake Johnson) will not be working merch. on THATH on tour this spring:

We regret to inform you that the one and only Jake Johnson will not be re-joining the band on tour this spring as their merchandise man(ager).
He will be sorely missed, as his friendly, outgoing and charming personality, accompanied by his smile was easily a highlight of The Head and The Heart live experience for many.

We wish Jake the best in all his future endeavors, and encourage all those who love him to keep in touch with him through his Facebook fan page.
Jake will continue to update the page: Jakes Jungle with his art, as well as interact with his fans.

The Head and The Heart Featured on NBC’s Chuck:

The Head and The Heart’s song “Rivers and Roads” was featured in the closing moments of the final episode of NBC’s Chuck last week. The clip can be seen below, but personally, I suggest skipping about to about the 1:34 mark, unless you are a die hard fan of the show.

So at least you acknowledged the show, but a gesture of gratitude for bringing you thousands of new fans would have been nice as well! This show is too awesome to be skipped as well!

Sorry about that you are 100% right. We are not the band, but we are grateful to have others join the community of fans no matter how they discover The Head and The Heart’s music. As for the show, I will def. take some time to watch a few episodes.

Hey! Love what you’ve done dedicating a site to the Head and The Heart. Definitely one of my favorite new folk bands. I’m sure you know that they’ll be playing Coachella this year. I’ve created a blog dedicated to all things Coachella- Artist breakdown, Spotify Playlists, YouTube channel and more! Check it out- gsguide.wordpress.com
